Privacy Policy

Gearhound Pro is a manually operated B2B pilot run by Emmanuel MacLaren-Yansouni. We collect only the information needed to deliver a retailer’s market brief.

Information used for a pilot

This may include business contact details, a priority product list, approximate inventory, current prices, and recent unit sales. We do not request customer or employee data. Competitor observations come from public product pages supplied or approved for review.

How it is used

We use retailer inputs only to prepare the agreed reports, validate recommendations, communicate about the pilot, and evaluate whether the service is useful. Gearhound does not automatically change prices.

Storage and retention

Each retailer’s input is kept in a separate local workspace and is not committed to the product’s source repository. Pilot data is deleted after the engagement unless the retailer asks us to retain it or law requires otherwise.

Sharing

We do not sell retailer information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to deliver the pilot, when agreed with the retailer, or when legally required.
