Pilot Terms

Gearhound Pro is a decision-support service operated by Emmanuel MacLaren-Yansouni. Pilot scope, timing, price, and deliverables are confirmed directly with each retailer.

Decision support

Reports summarize public competitor observations and retailer-supplied inputs. They are not automatic repricing, legal advice, or a guarantee of sales or margin. The retailer remains responsible for every inventory and pricing decision.

Verification

Prices, promotion terms, MAP policies, and availability can change or be displayed incorrectly. Source listings should be verified before acting, especially any possible MAP exception.

Retailer inputs

The retailer confirms it is authorized to share the supplied business information. Gearhound will use it only for the agreed pilot and will not request customer data.

Public sources

Gearhound reviews publicly accessible competitor pages and does not bypass access controls. Coverage may change if a source becomes unavailable or its terms prohibit collection.
